Cherry Lola caramel treatment recipe.

      I have promised a few people a post on treatment ages ago. I am sorry it is coming late. Better late than never yeah? The Cherry Lola treatment is one that I have always done since I went natural. I do not do it as often as I would love to but I do it at least twice a year. I have done it more than twice this year and I am very proud of myself for keeping up. My recipe has improved over the years and I love it! There are different variations of this treatment out there but here is mine:
  •  2 cups of plain Greek yogurt.
  • 1 raw egg.
  • 1 whole ripe banana.
  • 1/2 ripe avocado.
  • 1 tablespoon of unsulfured molasses.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of raw honey.
  • 2 tablespoon of raw coconut oil.
  • 2 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar.
  • 2 tablespoon of baking soda.
  • About 10 mint leaves. 

      This are all the ingredients I use. It is missing avocado,yogurt,banana & eggs. Regular blender can be used but I invested in a hand blender I strictly use just for my hair concussions.
